Hot tub on the terrace with views over Los Gigantes was amazing. Room was huge with all lots of facilities. I cant fault anything at all

Great place with great views + private jacuzzi worth the upgrade

The private jacuzzi on the large private balcony really elevated our entire experience of our vacation. The balcony offered a gorgeous view, as the location is excellent. Staff were very kind and helpful, and overall all services were great.

Some spaces would need an update, for example, the elevator felt like it could break any minute. In a place of this price range things like this should be fixed.

Super clean, super comfortable, peaceful, a touch of luxury without the price tag. Loved the robes and slipper and the complimentary tea and coffee.

Some salt and pepper sashes would have been handy.

Absolute peace and quiet which enabled me to work, write and relax.

The privacy and the amazing views. Breakfast was superb with plenty of choice. I have rebooked for next year to come with my Mum.

Very Good

Fantastic panoramic view of the ocean and Los Gigantes from the large terrace. Spacious room and bathroom. Good breakfasts with some items cooked live. Friendly staff, especially at the restaurant. Nice feeling of being "on top of the World" above the town (what comes at the cost of lengthy walks back to the hotel).

No air conditioning in the poorly ventilated bedroom. The odd architecture of the hotel uses strange "wells" inside its volume which make you hear via bedroom window noises coming from bathrooms located one floor below. Not many fresh fruits during breakfast. No possibility to rent beach towels.

Great but could be perfect with a little extra work.

Los Gigantes is beautiful. The room had a huge terrace with the most perfect view. The breakfast and dinner was great in every way.

The beaches of Los Gigantes were closed off (probably because of big waves) and the hotel had no information on this so we had to go down every day to check. The hotel is several hundred meters above sea level so it was quite a hike every time. The apartment was huge, but the furniture was old and stained. For this money you don't expect to be surrounded with things from the 90's. They should update interior design.

Some mistakes made by employees when ordering extra services... they write the room number incorrectly and they inform you that you have to pay for products you did not order! More attention, please... you are putting your customers in unpleasant situations!

Great place to stay, memorable view, I recommend it

Great location, wonderful view, quiet area. Personnel very kind, helpful, always smiling, respectful. We had a standard apartment with 1 room - was very ok although doesn't have modern furniture. Enough space in the closets. The balcony was a huge terrace, biggest we ever had, you could play football on it. On the balcony there were 3 sunbeds, 1 table with 4 chairs and clothes rack. Balcony has a wonderful view to the ocean, sunsets, Los Gigantes rocks. Huge bathroom with huge mirror, loved it. Air conditioning only in the living room but that was enough for us. No mosquitos at all, no bugs at all. Daily room cleaning except Sunday. The parking also costs but we considered the parking very useful, to have one worry less. The parking is indoor, has enough spaces (you can reserve your own space in the first day and keep it all the vacation). The parking lot is a little bit tight but manageable. There was entertainment by the pool every day, the schedule was available for the whole week. The entertainment in the evenings (music / dance shows) was only on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We had halfboard and it was the best choice we could have made. Both the breakfast and dinner were great. Buffet with very good variety, so many options, everything super tasty and good looking. Breakfast always had multiple options for eggs, vegetables, salads, pastry, fruits, sweets. Very good coffee. Dinner always had at least 3 types of meat, at least 3 types of sides, vegetables, always more types of salads, sweets, icecream.. Supermarket inside the hotel - very useful as we bought more bottles of water to have in the room, the price was ok, similar with the supermarkets in the area. The other guests in the hotel: a few families with kids but in minority, mostly seniors I would say. There is no beach at walking distance in my opinion, at least I couldn't have walked that much. We always used the rented car.

The bed was not double but 2 sigles united. Therefore we asked for a topper at the reception, it was solved in the next day. The seif in the room costs 3 eur/day. The drinks at dinner were not included in the halfboard so they could be ordered at additional cost (for example big bottle of still water 2.5 eur, 1 cocktail ~6 eur). The 2 elevators were both very slow.

the view is fascinating, the balcony is big enough. There are 2 sun loungers and one jakuzzi for 3 person. The room was really nice and it came with a H&K bluetooth speaker.

Our fourth stay here did not disappoint!

The apartment was very spacious and well equipped for two people and the balcony and beautiful view exceptionally roomy. Everything was fine and comfortable. We had fresh towels every day and the bedding changed every alternate day. We were self catering so were not tied to the dining experiences of those with all inclusive or half board. It was nice to know we could have availed ourselves of those facilities if we had chosen too. The pool is fantastic as is the Aqua Restaurant.

We didn't like the option of paying for the safe. Very unusual. We had no ice cube tray for the freezer and were told,"they are a Euro at the shop" We had no tray to carry things from the kitchen to the balcony.

Great view

Great location. View is amazing. Food was very good. Room is big and has a big terrace. We had parking place.

People from England don't know how to behave. They listen to the music on their terrace even though other guests just want to relax and enjoy the sun and the view. Imagine that every guest will turn on their own music. Also if they speak on the phone they put it on speaker so everyone could hear it. Elevators are very slow.

Amazing location, Good staff, Great breakfast.

Amazing location with breath taking views, the breakfast was also great (including sparkling cava). Pool had enough beds and the room was spacious and clean. The staff spoke good english and were friendly.

We had a fish smell in the room which did not go away. Too many kids in the pool with loud pool activities which did not help in relaxing. But that can be good if you’re into that of course. The breakfast was amazing 10/10 however, the dinner buffet was expensive for what it offered.

Very good accomodation with excellent views, excellent staff and excellent breakfast.

The view from our balcony was outstanding. The room was very large with working airconditioning and large balcony area. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding with a full English and Continental offering wich included everything you could possibly wish for. Even the orange juice is freshly squeezed from fresh oranges infront of your very eyes. The breakfast eggs are kept fresh and hot, as were all the other hot breakfast items which is hard to find on a breakfast buffet. A great attention to detail is made. We didnt eat there at any other time as we only stayed one night. The staff in the restaurant at breakfast were really attentive and the head staff manager ran everything highly efficiently, almost military style. At no point were tables ever left unatended with dirty plates or cups. As soon as people left a team of coordinated staff immediately cleaned that table and prepared it for others. I have never, ever witnessed such a well organised and attentive display by staff anywhere else...ever.

Having paid for the room and the facilities it boasts it was not good to find the safe deposit box is barred from use unless you pay three euros every day....which is ridiculous...if guests have paid for the room, then access to the safe deposit box in the room should also be included.

Excellent stay and sea view

The appartements are big and have everything one needs. The most amazing part is the Terrace with a direct view on Gomera island, the cliffs , the sea and sunset. The breakfast is good and has a variety of food. The personnal is friendly and helpful.
