Relaxing stay with beautiful view but some updating needed

The apartment was quite large as was the terrace. The view was amazing overlooking the sea in a quiet area. Breakfast was good value for money, though in our opinion, not amazing as suggested by some reviews.

The decor was dated and the bed and bedding were not so comfortable. The pool was small and while we liked that the area was quiet, the restaurants near the hotel closed early (around 22:00 some even earlier). We didn't feel there was much to do so I would suggest taking a car to explore the rest of the island. The apartment could have been cleaned better. For example, the table in the living room collected a lot of dust which seemed to be from before our stay. Breakfast was nice for the price (about 11-12 euros) but could have been better by adding some diversity (every day the same), a fresh juice option and fresh fruit (some fruit was canned).

Very large room and even bigger terrace! Great to have baby cot, bath and high chair for our little one Breakfast great quality and selection - friendly staff

To get some water I had to go through the parking lot alone at night because there was no other option even after asking at the reception, the elevator was very slow

Breakfast and the buffet dinner in the restaurant were excellent. Room was exceptional. The view from the balcony... You'd never get bored of it. Jacuzzi was excellent.

Great sunset nice breakfast and pool. Building has everything you need.

It has a nice view of the entire city and awesome sunset view.

Currently there are some road construction blocks so we had a trouble coming to the hotel.

Great place with great views + private jacuzzi worth the upgrade

The private jacuzzi on the large private balcony really elevated our entire experience of our vacation. The balcony offered a gorgeous view, as the location is excellent. Staff were very kind and helpful, and overall all services were great.

Some spaces would need an update, for example, the elevator felt like it could break any minute. In a place of this price range things like this should be fixed.

Super clean, super comfortable, peaceful, a touch of luxury without the price tag. Loved the robes and slipper and the complimentary tea and coffee.

Absolute peace and quiet which enabled me to work, write and relax.

The privacy and the amazing views. Breakfast was superb with plenty of choice. I have rebooked for next year to come with my Mum.

Very Good

Fantastic panoramic view of the ocean and Los Gigantes from the large terrace. Spacious room and bathroom. Good breakfasts with some items cooked live. Friendly staff, especially at the restaurant. Nice feeling of being "on top of the World" above the town (what comes at the cost of lengthy walks back to the hotel).

No air conditioning in the poorly ventilated bedroom. The odd architecture of the hotel uses strange "wells" inside its volume which make you hear via bedroom window noises coming from bathrooms located one floor below. Not many fresh fruits during breakfast. No possibility to rent beach towels.

Great but could be perfect with a little extra work.

Los Gigantes is beautiful. The room had a huge terrace with the most perfect view. The breakfast and dinner was great in every way.

The beaches of Los Gigantes were closed off (probably because of big waves) and the hotel had no information on this so we had to go down every day to check. The hotel is several hundred meters above sea level so it was quite a hike every time. The apartment was huge, but the furniture was old and stained. For this money you don't expect to be surrounded with things from the 90's. They should update interior design.

Some mistakes made by employees when ordering extra services... they write the room number incorrectly and they inform you that you have to pay for products you did not order! More attention, please... you are putting your customers in unpleasant situations!

Great place to stay, memorable view, I recommend it

Great location, wonderful view, quiet area. Personnel very kind, helpful, always smiling, respectful. We had a standard apartment with 1 room - was very ok although doesn't have modern furniture. Enough space in the closets. The balcony was a huge terrace, biggest we ever had, you could play football on it. On the balcony there were 3 sunbeds, 1 table with 4 chairs and clothes rack. Balcony has a wonderful view to the ocean, sunsets, Los Gigantes rocks. Huge bathroom with huge mirror, loved it. Air conditioning only in the living room but that was enough for us. No mosquitos at all, no bugs at all. Daily room cleaning except Sunday. The parking also costs but we considered the parking very useful, to have one worry less. The parking is indoor, has enough spaces (you can reserve your own space in the first day and keep it all the vacation). The parking lot is a little bit tight but manageable. There was entertainment by the pool every day, the schedule was available for the whole week. The entertainment in the evenings (music / dance shows) was only on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We had halfboard and it was the best choice we could have made. Both the breakfast and dinner were great. Buffet with very good variety, so many options, everything super tasty and good looking. Breakfast always had multiple options for eggs, vegetables, salads, pastry, fruits, sweets. Very good coffee. Dinner always had at least 3 types of meat, at least 3 types of sides, vegetables, always more types of salads, sweets, icecream.. Supermarket inside the hotel - very useful as we bought more bottles of water to have in the room, the price was ok, similar with the supermarkets in the area. The other guests in the hotel: a few families with kids but in minority, mostly seniors I would say. There is no beach at walking distance in my opinion, at least I couldn't have walked that much. We always used the rented car.

The bed was not double but 2 sigles united. Therefore we asked for a topper at the reception, it was solved in the next day. The seif in the room costs 3 eur/day. The drinks at dinner were not included in the halfboard so they could be ordered at additional cost (for example big bottle of still water 2.5 eur, 1 cocktail ~6 eur). The 2 elevators were both very slow.
